All the product sellers MUST inform the buyers about whether or not their product INCLUDES THE CD with the book. The CD has some very rare interviews and performances- including the only known recording of Kenny Dorham playing and singing "Fair Weather". That's the main reason I am purchasing this product and I don't want to purchase the book without the CD. Marianne
