(More customer reviews)This is a beginning guitar method. I think it is important for a student to have positive feedback to maintain the momentum of learning. As such, having a CD to play along with makes you feel like you're making music, even at the beginning stages. Also, teaching progressions and techniques and pointing out what famous songs use these is great. I recommend.
