They are all excellent and so easy to prepare. From jams to bread and butter pickles this very thin and colorful book contains a lot of extremely tastey recipes that your friends and family will love. The measurements are exact and the recipes easy to follow. Great for any cook that enjoys preserving or as a gift to someone who wants to try something different in the kitchen. I can't recommend enough!!!
