(More customer reviews)I am buying this book solely on the strength of a wonderful recipe I got from a friend years ago. (A very good cook, she highly recommended this book, but that's secondhand information.) I have made the banana-peach jam (which must be refrigerated) several times and it's one of the tastiest ever! Not to mention absolutely unique. Finally getting around to buying the whole book for my daughter who is starting to get interested in making jellies and jams.
